This box allows you to easily see a list of the last 99 incoming calls, along with their name and the time they called. A new call indicator lets you know when new caller ID entries have been received, while a repeat call indicator lets you know when somebody has called multiple times. A display and dial feature also lets you easily call any displayed caller ID entry with the touch of a button. The call waiting feature lets you place the current conversation on hold in order to answer a second incoming call. If you have subscribed to voicemail service, a new message indicator lets you know when you have messages waiting. If the incoming caller has caller ID block or is calling from an area without caller ID service, the CI30 displays 'Private' or 'Unavailable', respectively.
